Micro Air® model SCA exhauster arms are used on a wide variety of fume and particulate exhaust applications. Designed to control airborne pollutants at their generation point, SCA arms can be equipped with a fan to vent outside, or ducted to Micro Air® air cleaners or dust collectors to filter the material and then return fresh air back into the facility.
Micro Air® offers you the most complete line of source capture arms on the market today. SCA arms are available in 4", 6", or 8" diameters and come in 5', 7', 9', and 12' lengths. In addition, boom arms are available to extend the reach up to 28'.
All SCA arms are externally supported for easy adjustment, less restriction, and better air flow. All arms are equipped with a moveable gas shock that provides for ease of movement and positioning. This "clean" design provides for less maintenance and better air flow pattern.
All controls are mounted on the hood, and are pre-wired for easy installation. The light switch and motor/blower switches are located together for easy operation.
Micro Air® SCA arms are sold and serviced by a national network of factory trained distributors. In addition, our factory support includes design consultation, CAD drawings, and technical support at no charge to the end user.
